Farmers Market Ogden

How do you scale a community legacy into a three-season powerhouse? As the lead manager, I oversaw the strategic expansion of Ogden’s most iconic marketplace, balancing high-level operational logistics with the restoration of deep institutional trust among 400+ local vendors. From record-breaking merchandise sales to a #1 state ranking, this is a study in human-centric systems design.

Harvest Moon Celebration

Often cited as the largest single-day event in Northern Utah, the Harvest Moon Celebration is a masterclass in high-volume logistical coordination. I managed the intricate “behind the curtain” infrastructure required to host 30,000+ attendees on Historic 25th Street, ensuring that a massive community celebration remained a seamless, stabilized environment for local businesses and families alike.

USU Earth Day Festival

As a Graphic Designer at Utah State University, I architected the framework for a campus-wide festival that bridged the gap between academic research and public engagement. This project showcases my early work in “boots on the ground” advocacy—utilizing grant funding and collaborative fellowships to turn sustainability theory into a tangible, high-impact community tradition.
