- Directed the operations of a three-season marketplace (26 weeks) supporting 400+ vendors and drawing 232,000 annual visitors.

- Restored institutional trust through radical transparency, conducting on-site field research with 40+ farmers and achieving a 63.2% newsletter open rate.
